RECIPE
Taco Soup
2 lbs. ground beef
1 ½ cups pinto beans
1-16oz. Tejano salsa medium (click here for product)
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 medium chopped onion
1 can or 1 ½ cups shoepeg corn (add juice if canned)
1 16oz. Tejano Taco Mex
1 pkg. Ranch mix
Garlic, salt, pepper to taste
If needed, add enough water for soup consistency.
Simmer 30 mts. and serve with grated cheddar cheese (optional)
