 DID YOU KNOW…….

CAPSAICIN (Zostrix), a topical nonprescription cream, made from the seeds of hot chili peppers, is used to treat skin hypersensitivity resulting from "shingles" (Herpes Zoster). it is the only medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration for treatment of post herpetic neuralgia.  NEW RECIPE

HOT CRAB DIP
1 pound fresh crab meat (or 3- 6 ½ oz. cans)
3- 8oz. packages cream cheese
1 stick margarine
Tabasco & Worcestershire to taste

Heat all ingredients together and serve in chafing dish with tortilla chips. We’ve made this for years and originally found it in the "Houston Livestock and Rodeo" 50th Anniversary Commemorative Cookbook (1981).
