All Natural 2004 Texas Pecans
This year's crop of pecans was harvested on 10.28.04. Allowing the pecans to dry for 5 days, they were then shelled and delivered to us by 11.08.04!
These Texas pecans are grown using only organic methods. However, since the orchard is in the second year of a three-year transition from conventional agricultural practices to organic agricultural practices, the pecans are required to be labeled as “All Natural”. At the orchards of Rio Grande Organics, they do not use chemical fertilizer in the orchards nor spray chemical pesticides.
These pecans are a mixture of Wichita, Cheyenne and Western pecans. There is no mistaking the freshness in every bite. Directly from Nature to you.
