Cabo San Lucas Villas – We decided to take a large extended “family” vacation in August and found a most beautiful website that accommodated our troops! Private villas from 2,000 to 10,000 sq.ft, to specialty foods, to golf & fishing reservations, transport, staff,  these wonderful people had it all ready for us. Our greatest joy was to all be together under one (huge) roof and still have privacy…wonderful memories! What a venue for a corporate mtg! Go visit: http://www.cabosanlucasvillas.net

DID YOU KNOW

* September is Mexico’s Mes de la Patria National Month. Nearly every street in Mexico is decorated with red, white and green ribbons, flags, images of national heroes and emblems celebrating Mexico’s Independence.

* The “Red Savina” Habanero pepper has been tested at over 577,000 Scoville heat units!

* A tea made of cayenne peppers works well to clear a stuffy nose. It is painful but cayenne powder on a skin cut starts blood clotting quickly.

* Chili or Chile?? It depends on where you live in the world. Nowadays, the Capsicum pepper is referred to by most people as the “Chile” while the meal made from meat and chile peppers is referred to as a “Chili”. Again, all depends on where you live!
